Seafood or Kim-chi pancakes - Dense, but pillowy soft with a bit of spring.

Chicken Gizzards – for the initiated.

Simply fried corn and cheese – intense, and probably definitely for the initiated.

Fried Dumplings – rip into the chewy blistered casing.
