Shanghai Village

Frederick Taylor would have been proud in a place where you feel like Jet Li is going to come flying from the balcony above and crash your table in an epic “Once Upon a Time in China” battle. Somehow, on every occasion, they consistently churn out a great meal. This is the Maccas of Chinese dumplings. The boneless fried chicken is a great way to fire up the palate for the masses of dumplings which follow. On this night, they fixed up the one anomaly which T had whinged about… the Chicken Noodles actually had chicken! Bruce Lee value, BYO booze, Asian service without the attitude, I love it.

3 / 5 yums!
