Appetite

Hungry and on Regent St? Go no further than number 82. A little slice of Newtown in Redfern, the place has an industrial grudge with its bright retro vinyl upholstered chairs. Blackboard menu complete the casual look, with standard café fare featuring breakfast all day, sangas, interestingly titled burgers, juices and smoothies. If a normal distribution was taken of all the Big Breakfasts in Sydney, this would sit comfortably near the mean. Bacon crispy but not burnt, mushrooms sautéed til soft, roasted tomato, a couple of small, salty snags and sunny side eggs. Not bad to feed the appetite at, err… Appetite.
