Live Organic provides a chance to the Martin Place white collars to fulfil their daily ethical deed quota. Though it does come at a cost and in some instances taste. Pasties and pies behind the warm glass aren’t in house but very good and have a homely, preservative free image about them. Try the spicy Mex.
A beef burger patty is flavoursome and excellent on its own with its mince and herb combination and relish on top. What lets this down is the roll that it sits between, the brown bread a bit thick and hence heavy in nature, neutralising the meat too much. Typically organic. This trait only makes the coffee better, or at least I can’t detect the exploitation. It is a reasonably smooth yet bold cup and definitely one of the better ones around MLC.
So I’ve got plenty of deed credits to spare having first been a sceptic to organic. Now to stop offsetting them at Hunter Connection lunches.
