Mercadante Woodfired Pizzeria

If you love nutella half as much as the Scrubs writers love randomly spontaneous daydreams, then you should head into this Lygon for a randomly spontaneous nutella woodfire pizza. It’s not just a round flat bread slathered with the chocolate hazelnut spread, but a base that’s folded over, chopped into strips revealing the filling then stacked 3 x 3 jenga styles. Nutella chips I’ll eat anytime. The normal savoury pizzas aren’t bad either, chopped spring onions and BBQ work well with sliced Italian snag and ham.

For a place on Lygon, it’s surprisingly good. Hopefully your fat guy in the tracksuit with the giant rabbit head that doesn’t say anything makes you run away to this safehouse.

3 / 5 yums!
