If ever a place went against the spirit of a description, then China Bar would be right up there. Not a bar, more like a typical Asian café eatery, and the cuisine not strictly Chinese. One dish went well and truly against this. Combination Crispy Fried Noodles was textbook, three slices of beef, a few diced chicken fillet, one small cut of char siu, two prawns, four florets of broccoli on a layer of those noodles in that starchy garlic gravy. Great for the profit margin and not much else. Siu Mai suspiciously look steamed fresh out of a packet. Throw the textbook out the window I say and put in a bit more effort China Bar.
